A wide range of clubs and courses are available for Backwell School students and the school has a strong tradition in PE and the Arts. Sports fixtures, Drama, Dance and Music productions and Music concerts give large numbers of students enjoyable and valuable experiences in these areas.
Twice a year, students are given a booklet listing all the lunchtime and after-school clubs and courses available to them. The Spring and Summer 2013 booklet is now available for students.
Alongside the numerous Sport, Drama, Dance and Music sessions, other clubs include Archery, Cookery, Futsal, Photography, Sailing, Kayaking, Rowing, Gardening and Badminton.
