Options at Key Stage 4 (GCSE)
Year 9 Options for GCSEs (September 2021 - July 2023) 

Normally, in January we hold an information evening in school for parents/carers of Year 9 students to explain the options process and talk to parents about the range of subjects and courses available to pupils for study in Years 10 and 11.  However, under the current Covid-19 restrictions we are clearly unable to hold this in person. 

Instead, this year we have developed an online programme to help students and their parents/carers to consider subject choices for their GCSE studies.  This information is available via Frog and here on the website, which pupils and their parents/carers can view in their own time, which will help the decision-making process.  Three short presentations given by Mr Houghton, one of our Deputy Headteachers, can be viewed via the links below.  Further information about specific subjects, given by subject teachers, can be found on the student page of Frog.
