Backwell School believes in sustainable travel and encourages alternatives to the car for travel to school. Plans are set out in the school’s Travel Plan, which was developed by the School Travel Action Group (STAG). The school was awarded the Gold Travel Award in 2011. Parents or students interested in joining STAG should contact the Enrichment and Community Team.
